The Physical Fitness Test will include several components that candidates must qualify.
- Running: A 1.6 km run must be completed within 7 minutes.
- Push-ups: To be completed within 1 minute.
- Sit-ups: To be completed within 1 minute.
- Squats: 20 squats to be completed within 1 minute.
