Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

To be eligible for these positions, a minimum qualification of 10th class pass is required. Candidates who have passed the 10th standard can apply. Additionally, there are vacancies available for candidates who are 12th pass, Graduates in any subject, and those holding ITI, Diploma, or Degree qualifications for technical posts.

Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 40 years

Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms:

  • SC/ST Candidates: 5 years
  • OBC Candidates: 3 years

Salary and Benefits

Selection Process

The selection process for the FCI recruitment is straightforward and does not include an interview. It consists of the following stages:

  1. Computer-Based Test (CBT): The first stage is an online examination.
  2. Document Verification: Candidates who pass the CBT will be called for document verification.

FCI Exam Pattern (CBT)

The Computer-Based Test will consist of multiple-choice questions from various subjects. The exam will have negative marking.

  • Duration: 60 minutes (1 hour)

The subject-wise breakdown is as follows:

  • English Language: 25 questions, 25 marks
  • Reasoning Ability: 25 questions, 25 marks
  • Numerical Aptitude: 25 questions, 25 marks
  • General Studies (GK): 25 questions, 25 marks

Required Documents for Application

Candidates should prepare the following documents before the application process begins:

  • Passport-size photographs (4 to 20 copies)
  • Scanned signature
  • Aadhaar Card
  • A valid mobile number
  • A valid email ID
  • All educational certificates and marksheets
  • Caste Certificate (for SC, ST, and OBC candidates)
  • Age proof (10th class marksheet or Birth Certificate)

Online applications are expected to be open from the end of August to September.
